Hello friends! I hope you are all doing well! So almost a year ago I started a campaign with charity:water to change some people’s lives. After just a few days we raised enough to help build a well in Mali, Africa! How amazing is that! Really one of the best feelings is looking at these photos and knowing you were able to help make them smile.

Now it’s time to build a well for someone else in the world. We are calling this campaign 17 Lives. This will provide enough clean water for seventeen people! Now girls do not have to give up their education to walk four hours uphill to get water that isn’t safe for them to drink. People cannot work and provide for their family because they are sick from drinking the little water they break their backs for. They can stop risking their lives and spend time with loved ones and finally start up their own business. Mothers can stop mourning over losing their children over such a simple human need.

So what is this charity:water? This is who I am working with to make this well possible. 100% of the money will be used to build clean water projects, and when they’re complete, charity: water will send us photos and GPS coordinates so we can see the exact community we helped!

For my 17th birthday, I am asking YOU to take a short moment and help us change seventeen lives, by giving them clean water, education, safety, and changing their entire community! This will end on April 5.

Maybe you want to start your own fundraiser. You go dude! You can do something crazy with your friends to educate others of the water issue in our world or you can donate your birthday! Maybe you want to learn more about charity:water. This website link can lead you help you with either!
