Do you ever wish that this day could over?
Me too. But you can make this day from painful to a good one. These are some tips to how you can escape the pain from your high heels. ♡

1. Wear your perfect size.

A common mistake is not buying the right shoe size for our foots. Wearing heels of such will only result to pains, so avoid this.

2. Know your foot type.

It is very important that you have your feet examined to know either you have a flat or high arch foot.

4. Thicker heels are best.

The thicker your heels the better for you. Try to avoid thin heels, that is, the stilettos. They cause foot pain easily. As a fashion lover sometimes, your dress will be best with a stiletto, you can wear it but make it a rare thing. Don’t wear stiletto everyday, find other heels like the block heel and more that are thick.

5. Shoes with more coverage up top are great options.

The more coverage you have on the top of your foot, the better. Sometimes high-heeled boots are actually something you can wear all day and they don’t bother your feet as much.

6. Thinny soles shoes are a ‘NO’

Thin soles will almost always give you pain on the bottom of your foot. You want a thicker sole or a little bit of a platform, which will offset some of the pressure when you’re walking.

7. Take breaks from heels.

Set aside days to free your feet from heels, so you can stretch your ankles and toes. This will give your foot muscles the rest they need.
