Hello world! Today is Monday, and most of us are going to school. Idk if I'm the only one(probs not) but I feel anxiety when I need to go to school, especially after a long break.

Today we got back from a break, and I need to go to school, so I started to feel worried, anxious, nervous.. I sweat a lot, bite my lip a lot, snap my fingers every ten minutes, etc.. I think some of you sadly know what I mean.

How to calm down in just few hours ? I think we are all asking that question, we are trying to find a way of fixing and relaxing, but it doesn't last long.. I decided to tell you a story of how I handle things like this.

I started doing this often and not that long ago, and I kinda feel a little bit more calmer than before.

p.s. Keep in mind that I'm not an expert, so please don't just think that I can help a lot with this problem. You should ask for help if you need it, if you feel anxious and all of that. Don't be afraid and go, ask for help. Please take care of yourself.

Let's go:

  • Wake up, warm up and workout.

  • Breathe in and breathe out for ten minutes.

  • Eat a healthy breakfast, something that will keep your energy and something that won't get you tired.

  • Have a cup of coffee in your favourite place.

I love sitting by the window in my kitchen, breathing the fresh air and drinking my coffee.
  • Read a book.

Books keep you calm, relaxed. They can give you beautiful imaginary world, so you can feel free and calm. Books gives you happiness, and they keep you feel safe.
  • Light a candle, shut your light down and lay in bath. Close your eyes, and feel your whole body relaxing. Tell yourself you can do it.

  • Read a motivational article on whi.

  • Watch your favourite youtuber.

Watch something, someone that will make you laugh and feel happy and relaxed.
  • Listen to music and dance in the dark.

  • Go for a walk.

You are worth it. You are not the mistakes you've made in the past. Everyday is a new beggining. You should love yourself. Stop hating on yourself. Be relaxed. Be free. Don't listen to other people hating on you, listen to yourself and love every inch of you. You are beautiful inside and out. You deserve to live, to breath and to be alive.
  • Sleep.

Sleeping is important. You relax your brain and your body while you sleep.
  • Laugh as hard as you can even if things are not funny. Laugh even if you don't feel like it. Just laugh till your lungs hurt, till your throat is sore.
