You don't need someone that doesn't need you. This one is really important because if a person can go through their day without thinking of you or caring about you then yes, you can do it too and you don't need them.

You are wasting time being sad/stressed. Yes I know it is really hard to feel happy but find something that you like to do it and something that will get your mind off of the bad things. For me, it could be listening to upbeat music, cleaning my house or room, working out or swimming.
