For 4 Persons

> 2 Eggs
> 6,5 oz Milk (I'm sorry, I hope it's the right one. In Switzerland we have decilitres and not oz)
> 4 Tablespoons Sugar
> 2/3 Cup sugar
> 1/2 Teaspoon salt
> 2 Teaspoons baking powder
> Butte for frying
> Maple syrup to serve

Separate eggs. Mix the egg yolk, milk and sugar. Add flour, salt and baking powder and stir into a thick dough. Beat the egg white stiffly and stir carefully under the dough. Heat some butter in a frying pan. Pour a small soup ladle full of dough into the pan for each pancake and let it drain out evenly. Bake the dough in portions at medium heat until golden-brown pancakes. Serve with maple syrup.
