Waking up early seems to be a trend. But it's honestly a good thing to do. I mean, I used to be such a night person. But the last two months I have been waking up earlier. And I love it so much.

So here are some tips on how to wake up earlier and some benefits of waking up earlier!

Tips.

1. Go to sleep early.

I know, it's hard to do this. I used to go to sleep at 1 am, but now I go to sleep at around 10 pm. You don't just sleep more, but you also don't wake up easier in the morning.

2. Make it a routine.

So if on some days you wake up at 6 and others at 9 there's no routine and your body won't understand. For example, when you wake up at 6 everyday and go to bed at 10, your body will be tired at 10. If you wake up at a different time, your body will be tired at a different time and you're routine is gone....

3. Wake up early on weekends.

I also do this. So I wake up at most an hour later than weekdays, so at around 7.30. This is also to keep my routine. If I don't have anything to do, I'll wake up and watch Netflix or write articles. I just make sure that I'm awake and won't fall back asleep. If I do have to do any work, I will do this early in the morning.

4. Keep away from your phone.

On weekends it's okay, but on school days DON'T! It'll take up a lot of time. It will most likely influence you in a bad way. And it's just not necessary! Try to make your early morning about you!

1. Time for breakfast.

This is something I really like, HAHA. I now have time to make my oats look and taste fancy! I also have a lot of time to eat it. While eating I like to go on my phone.

2. Work.

I'm not somebody who does work after school, because I've been at school all day. Even though I do some work after school, I really like doing work before. So depending on the day, I either have 1-2 hours to do some work, and I get so much work done.

3. No stress!

If you wake up earlier, you have more time. You're never running late, you don't stress it's amazing! This probably the thing I like best!
