The metamorphosis, undoubtedly the work of Franz Kafka (1883-1924) who has achieved greater celebrity. Written in 1912 and published in 1916, this story is considered one of the masterpieces of this century for its undeniable precursor traits and the wealth of ideas and interpretations that has always awakened.

"Awakening Gregor Samsa one morning, after a restless sleep, he found himself in his bed turned into a monstrous insect."
It tells the story of Gregory Samsa, a fabric merchant who lives with his family that he keeps with his salary, who one day dawns into a creature not clearly identified at any time, but who tends to be recognized as a kind of beetle.

The Metamorphosis tells the terrifying transformation of a man into an insect. In a nightmare environment, the novel conveys to the reader the sensation of eccentricity and aloofness that assaults the protagonist, who little by little realizes that he has become a parasite with respect to his loved ones.
