1 Carrot (ca. 95g)
1 Clove Of Garlic (ca. 3 g)
1/2 Stalk Of Perennial Celery (ca.27 g)
1/2 Onion (ca. 40 g)
9 Leaves Of Basil, fresh
135 g Tomatoes, chopped
90 ml Vegetable Stock
45 g Lentil, red
90 g Full Grain Spaghetti
1 Teaspoon Olive Oil
2 1/2 Teablespoons Red Wine
1 Bay Leave, dry
Pepper
Salt

After you bought all of these, you need to prepare it!

1.Finally chop the vegetable and basil.

2.Heat the olive oil in a saucepan on a medium heat. Fry the onions, celery, carrots and garlic for about 4-5 minutes until the onions are glassy.

3.Deglaze with red wine and simme for about 2-3 minutes

4.Stir in tomatoes, vegetable stock, lentils, bay leaf and oregano and half of basil.

5. Enjoy your tasty lunch.
