Hello sunshine,
today I'm talking with you about meditation. I love to do it, because it's so relaxing and it helps me to be more concentrated and to be aware of what is happening around me.

To meditate I use an app called "Headspace", it guides you throu your meditation.It is free for your first 10 days of meditation and than you have to pay monthly.
The app is super cute and it doesn't matter if you never meditated before!

I like to meditate in the morning, before I go to school or in the evening, before I go to bed (So I can sleep better!).
