Of course, number one is to work out daily. I like to change my exercises every few days. Bassically, I dont do the same work out more than 2 days in a row.

2.1- Write down what you eat for one week and you will lose weight.

3- Moisturise from the inside and out.

Drink more water and moisturise your skin. Dont forget that water will not only help you with losing weight but also, it will help flush out toxins and help clear your skin.
