1. can't fall asleep

turn off all electronics and try to avoid caffeine a couple hours before going to bed. exercise both when you wake up and sometime in the afternoon as this will wear out your body and help you fall asleep at night.

2. waking up in the middle of the night

this may suggest that you have a congested liver. to take care of this, try taking a liver support supplement or cutting out 'liver loaders' such as caffeine, sugar, and alcohol

3. can't wake up

try setting an alarm for the same time every day (even on weekends) so your body can get in the habit of waking up at that time.

4. snoring

try sleeping on your side or propping your head up on a pillow. you can also try clearing out your sinuses with some saline before bed and avoid alcohol.

5. neck pain

replace your pillows about every 2 years. studies show, firm pillows give you the best support while sleeping and help prevent stiffness in the neck
