Heyy guys! I konw that you really liked (over 1.000 hearts, THANK U SO MUCH) my last food article! So here is part two of healthy food! ;) But today I'm showing you delicious (healthy) breakfast ideas! Sooo...let's start!

1. Oatmeal

I eat this actually every day, because it's so yummy and so fast to make in the mornig!

What you need:

  • Milk
  • Oats

What you do:

Put two cups of milk into a cooking pot and heat the milk until it boils.
Than put one cup of oats in it. Let the oatmeal stand for three
(not on the stove top) and that's it! Now you can put toppings, like blueberrys, strawberries or an apple with cinnamon over it.

and that's it.

2. Apple cinnamon muffins

I never had this taste before, but the recipe sounds very good.

What you need:

  • 1 egg
  • 2 tbsp. quark
  • 2 tbsp. agave nectar or honey
  • 1 apple
  • 1 tsp. baking powder
  • ½ tsp. cinnamon
  • ½ cup milk
  • 2/3 cup oats (milled)

What you do:

First put the quark, the egg and the milk in a bowl. Mix it all together!
That put baking powder, cinnamon, oats and the agave nectar/honey to the milk-egg mix. Now you cut the apple small and put it also in the bowl. Mix it! Mix it!
And the dough is ready! Put the apple-cinnamon dough into the muffin forms and give the muffins in the oven by 356°F/180°C for 20-25 min.


3. icy breakfast

I came up with the creative name. Yes, I am proud of myself;)

So I save the best for last! This ist the BEST Thing in the world!
A childhood dream comes true..eiscreme for breakfast! And it's also ealthy! This recipe is perfect for the summer time. (but of course you can eat it in winter)

What you need:

  • banana (frozen)
  • cocoa powder (without sugar, only cocoa)
  • honey/ agave nectar

What you do:

Put everything in the mixer and mix it until it is a creme. That's it!!! It is your decision how much cocoa or honey you put in. If you want it more sweet, put more honey in,...you can also do something other than cocoa, like vanilla or strawberries.
The banana is the foundation.
