Hey, I wanted to share one my favorite smoothie. I hope you will enjoy as much as I do.

2 dl - 0.8 cup of strawberrys
1/2 of a banana
1 dl - 0.4 cup of oats
3 dl - 1.2 cups of grainmilk
2 tablespoons of lime juice
a little bit o grated ginger

Mix it all togheter (and you know that its the best of both worlds) and you will be ready! xx
