We all know that sometimes we feel lonely, not good enough or even worse. Everyone has a different way to go through this. Here is my way:
- Talk about the problem
I usually tell everything that bothers me to my family or friends. That way the problem gets out of my head and do not think about it.
- Listen to music
Music makes everything better and this is not a secret for nobody.
- Do what you love
draw, sing, dance, read, write or just do anything that makes you feel good

The most inportant thing is to remember that nothing is as bad as it looks.
