I know we all can go over board with snacks because it is never enough. So I thought I'd give you a few ideas that won't effect our health in a bad way that much and ruin our skin care.


AVACADO TOAST

Toast your bread to begin with. Smash or slice the avocado. You can add lime, pepper, cherry tomatoes, ham or anything you'd like on top.

CREAM CHEESE TOAST WITH FRUITS & HONEY

The title says it all. Honey, cream cheese and fruits. If you don't want it with fruits you can always add avocados and salmon.

GREEK YOGURT & GRANOLA

Ingredients: plain greek yogurt, granola, honey, and fruits if you'd like.

ACAI BOWL

There are so many ways to make an ace bowl. The main things is acai powder and milk. After than you add whatever you'd like !

BANANA BITES

Slice the bananas. Then you can:

  • put a stick through and dip it into chocolate sauce
  • you can fry them with butter than add cinnamon and honey
  • add whipped cream and fruit on top
  • banana smores
  • put them on a cracker with peanut butter (tasty!!!)

APPLE CHIPS

Slice the apples. Preheat oven to 225 degrees F ( about 110 degrees C). Mix together sugar and cinnamon. Sprinkle over the slices. Bake about 45 min to 1 hour.

CUCUMBER CUPS

Curve the inside of the cucumbers. Put feta cheese, seasoning, tomato and lemon juice. You can also add rolled um ham inside.

PARMESAN ROASTED TOMATOES

Preheat oven to 450 degrees F. Cut the tomatoes into two. Place them on the tray and add grated parmesan cheese on top with salt and pepper. Drizzle with olive oil. Bake it for about 15 min.
