I know that I'm not the only one, but when I look around me everyone seems to have their life together. My friends seem happy (which I'm truly grateful for), everyone stays focused during class... and everyone has a great body. Everyone but me.
And so I've come to the decision that this is it. This is the last time I'm ever going to try to become fit - and you can become part of it, too. Don't wait for tomorrow to come. Do it today. Do it now.

PHYSICAL TRANSFORMATION

I guess that once you start noticing changes regarding your looks, your physique, for me especially the are around my hip, that it will become... easier? You will be even more determined to reach your goal. However, it takes a long time, so let's stay strong! Don't give up and endure the pain since it's only temporary!

MIND, SOUL

What makes the difference between losing weight and becoming fit is how you think. At the end of the day, your brain controls you. It tells you to grab a croissant instead of an apple, to snack while watching TV, to drink soda instead of water.. Even if you really didn't feel like having something unhealthy at all.
So starting to think differently will trigger your brain. It is going to be hard at first, I know that, but I also know that I am stronger than myself. I know that I can become a better me everyday. And so do you.
