It has been so long i wrote an article, so I decided to do my top favorite winter anime of this year. Since this year has so many good ones

redjuice, beatless, and lacia image
1.) Beatless

With the introduction of an ultra-advanced AI that surpasses human intelligence, beings that mankind is yet to fully comprehend made from materials far too advanced for human technology begin coming into being. Lacia, an hIE equipped with a black coffin-shaped device, is one of these. In boy-meets-girl fashion, 17-year-old Arato Endo has a fateful encounter with the artificial Lacia. For what purpose were these artificial beings created? Amid questions regarding the coexistence of these artificial beings and humans, a 17-year-old boy makes a decision...
- This anime looks like Guilty Crown from the cover but it's not. It is unique and I enjoy watching it

2.) Darling in the FranXX

The series takes place in a post-apocalyptic future where humanity has been driven to endangerment by giant beasts known as klaxosaurs. The remainder of humanity soon establishes a military city known as Plantation, where children are bred to be partnered in boy-girl pairs called Parasites and pilot giant mecha known as Franxx (フランクス Furankusu). One of these children, Hiro, is initially viewed as a prodigy, but after failing one of his tests, his resulting emotional stress leaves him unable to pilot a Franxx, making him lose any desire he had in life. While skipping out on his class's graduation ceremony, Hiro encounters Zero Two, an infamous Franxx pilot who is a member of a race of humans with klaxosaur blood, leaving her with red horns on her head. After Zero Two's partner is killed in a klaxosaur attack, she convinces Hiro to become her new partner, or "darling" as she puts it.
-From Trigger x A-1 Studio, this show is very entertaining. Zero Two is the best girl this year. She is not annoying and has a very unique personality, "alluring, yet dangerous." This anime really speaks Trigger.

3.) Violet Evergarden

There are words Violet heard on the battlefield, which she cannot forget. These words were given to her by someone she holds dear, more than anyone else. She does not yet know their meaning. A certain point in time, in the continent of Telesis. The great war which divided the continent into North and South has ended after four years, and the people are welcoming a new generation. Violet Evergarden, a young girl formerly known as "the weapon," has left the battlefield to start a new life at CH Postal Service. There, she is deeply moved by the work of "Auto Memories Dolls," who carry people's thoughts and convert them into words. Violet begins her journey as an Auto Memories Doll, and comes face to face with various people's emotions and differing shapes of love. All the while searching for the meaning of those words.
- This anime makes me cry so much, especially the first episode. The plot isn't specific or how it will end, but Kyoani made this show so beautiful. The visual is an A+

4.) Karakai Jouzu no Takagi-san

"If you blush, you lose."
Living by this principle, the middle schooler Nishikata gets constantly made fun of by his seat neighbor Takagi-san. With his pride shattered to pieces, he vows to turn the tables and get back at her some day. And so, he attempts to tease her day after day, only to find himself victim to Takagi-san's ridicule again sooner than later. Will he be able to make Takagi-san blush from embarrassment even once in the end?
- Very entertaining anime. It's funny and cute. It is a light-hearted anime that really pulled me up from those bad days

5.) Citrus

Fashionable Yuzu imagined the first day at her new school she transferred to after her mother's remarriage a bit differently; she didn't know it'd be an ultra-strict and conservative girls' school. So instead of a sweet high-school romance, she butts heads with the stern student council president Mei—who turns out to be her new stepsister. And she has to learn that hate and attraction are often not that far apart.
- Yes the gay love that I never watched before. And now I love them both. I didn't expect anything but I heard good things about it. It is my on-and-off anime that I'll soon binge through when it'll finish

6.) Cardcaptor Sakura: Clear Card-hen

Fourteen-year-old Sakura starts junior high school along her friends, including Syaoran, who had just returned to Tomoeda. After having a dream with a mysterious cloaked figure, all of Sakura's cards turn blank and are rendered powerless, thus she starts her quest to find out what is wrong. In doing so, Sakura and her allies discover and capture new transparent cards using a new key.
- After so many years, finally a new season! I love everything about this. The designs, the new staff, and the visual effect

Well that's it! I'm only watching 6 anime every week. Well technically 5, with Citrus. My top favorite is Darling in the FranXX and Violet Evergarden. See ya in my next article~
