we all have bad days, some may be worse than others but there are actually quite a lot of things you can do if you are feeling a bit under the weather! i hope these help!

- cry! just like you laugh when you are happy, cry when you are sad! letting out your emotions will help so much
- look at old memories / photos
- watch you fave youtuber / tv show
- light some candles, turn on your fairy lights and run a bubble bath + add your fave bath bomb
- go for a walk and listen to some music
- facetime a friend
- read a book
- draw or paint
- experiment with makeup or hair & try out some new looks
- do some yoga
- eat your fave food
- dance
- take a shower
