☾Hi again!☽
Today I will give you guys some DIY face masks, and I've tried them all so I know that they're safe.

I love face masks and I have a ton of different ones I've bought, but I also LOVE making them.

⁕1. Egg white mask

Egg (only the white)
Lemon juice (You don't have to use this)

Eggs have a lot of protein, and while that protein is great for nourishing your body, the nutrients in eggs are also great for nourishing skin as well.

Step 1: Seperate the egg white with the yolks. Then you mix some lemon juice and the egg white together. Allow to dry for about 15 or 20 minutes and then rinse off with warm water.

This face mask really tightening your skin, removes black heads and it's removing oil.
I <3 this face mask!

⁕2. Coffee mask
This homemade coffee scrub and mask sloughs away dead skin cells, deeply nourishes my skin and leaves me with a radiant, glowing complexion. It makes my face so smooth and bright. It’s the best!

Coffee is a rich source of antioxidants that protects our skin against free radicals that damage and age us. Also the caffeine in coffee simulates the skin and improves blood flow to the face, which is perfect for healthy cell turnover that makes us look radiant and bright.

½ teaspoon coconut oil or honey
½ teaspoon finely ground coffee

Mix together the coconut oil or honey and ground coffee and apply to your face using circular motions. Avoid getting the mixture in your eyes, nose and mouth.
Leave on for at least 15 minutes up to an hour.
Rinse off with warm water and enjoy your glowing skin!

I've made this before and it's really similar to the "cup of coffee" face mask from lush!

⁕3. Cinnamon and honey face mask for acne

Both cinnamon and honey are natural remedies that can effectively treat the skin. They are gentle enough and have healing properties, but together, they provide for double the healing benefits.

Honey has many natural compounds that work against bacteria. It contains many vitamins—B2, 3, 5, 6, 9, Vitamin C, minerals such as calcium, iron, magnesium, potassium, sodium, zinc, and enzymes.

Cinnamon contains many natural compounds, such as cinnamalde, cinnamyl alcohol, coumarin, ethyl cinnamate, and cinnamic acid which can all work at killing off the bacteria that causes acne.

3 teaspoons raw honey
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
Mix honey and cinnamon together, and apply to your face. Leave the mask on for 10-30 minutes. The antibacterial properties of both honey and cinnamon are especially beneficial for acne-prone skin.
