here are some healthy, yummy and totally photo worthy smoothie bowl ideas, enjoy! ✨ (all of these are vegan friendly too)

1. acai bowl (my personal fav!!)

ingredients: 1 frozen banana (freeze overnight) , 2 cups of frozen mixed berries, 2 tablespoons of acai berry powder, 1 cup of water or plant-based milk (soy, oat, coconut, almond etc) and optional is protein powder and chia seeds, blend this all up. for the toppings add a mix of fresh berries, granola, coconut flakes and chia or hemp seeds.

2. strawberry smoothie bowl

ingredients: 1 1/2 cups of frozen strawberries, 1 large fresh or frozen banana, 1/2 cup of water, 5 ice cubes and optional is nut butter or protein powder, blend all of this until smooth. for the toppings you can add anything you like but here are some go to's: granola, coconut, cacao nibs, banana, blueberries, strawberries and kiwis.

3. green smoothie bowl (you barely even taste the veggies!)

ingredients: 1/4 of an avocado, 2 medium frozen bananas, 1 cup of frozen mixed berries (try use the berries lighter in colour), 2 handfuls of spinach,1 1/2 cups of water or plant-based milk, a small handful of kale and optional is green powder/protein powder and chia or hemp seeds, blend this up until smooth. for toppings you can use granola, dragon fruit, mangoes, coconut, passionfruit, chia/hemp seeds and fresh berries!
