Hum... A few months ago I wrote an article saying that I feel a little depressed, and I started looking for ways to feel happy or at least less sad, but I couldn't find anything that would help me a lot. So if you're in the same situation as me, these are the things I've done and I'm still doing.

Trust me, unfollow all this people that post about impossible bodys goal or extremely sad things, and start to follow people that post about cute animals ou funny things about what you like. Do yourself this favor.

I feel ugly and disgusting, sometimes I don't want to leave my house, I hate to see my photos in a group or to look in the mirror, and it makes me feel sad... So I decided to take one picture of myself by day. I don't put it on any social network, I don't show it to anyone, but I try to feel a little better about myself. I still feel bad about my looks, but a little less.
And this app has many effects that make you look more cute and funny, have many filters, you can take pictures and make gifs... So you feel a little happier and more beautiful.

I've always felt tired and unmotivated about everything, this app helped me on this. It reminds you of drinking more water, eating a good breakfast, walking a little... And as you do so, they send you a letter to motivate you and remind you of your personal progress.


I hate to study, but unfortunately I have to study, and one of my biggest difficulties in relation to studies is about concentration, I get distracted a lot, give up quickly and procrastinate, which makes me feel horrible about myself, criticizes me a lot and I feel that I am useless and disappointing. So, I installed this app that works as a timer and, as time goes on, it has sounds like rain, ocean and forest, which helps to isolate the external sounds and relaxes you.

Make a playlist

When I wake up it's the moment when I feel more discouraged, but when I listen to cheerful and lively music, I feel much better. Make a playlist with songs that make you want to dance, if you're a fan of rock, indie, like me, you know it's a little hard to find a cheerful song, so I recommend you listen to kpop. This style has such nice songs, don't get me wrong, it has really good sad and emotional songs, but it also has a lot of songs to dance to and feel the best.

Watch the one that is funny or cute, If you like romance and comedy I recommend for you Asian dramas, you can watch by Netflix, Kissasian, Viki, Dramafever...

Plan while try to sleep

What I hate most is when I go to sleep and I just can't stop thinking and worrying, I used to sleep only when I couldn't stay awake for another minute, but it didn't work well. So, now I make plans, let you think, but about things that don't stress you or make you sad, like decoration or clothes. Plan on the decor of your bedroom or your future home, the outfit you will wear on your first day of school, college or work, don't have to be realistic, you can use anything in the world you like... Occupy your mind with good things.
