1. Go for a walk xo
This is something I personally love to do when I'm in a bad mood, feeling down and need to clear my head. I like to take small walks around my house or just sit outside and enjoy the presence of the nature around me.

2. Take a hot bath/shower xo
It is very relaxing and who doesn't love taking long hot showers/baths. You'll have time to think and refocus your thoughts into something more positive.

3. Listen to music xo
The genre is up to you, I like listening to sad and slow songs and even though it makes me feel sadder as I listen it does provide a form of comfort and I usually feel a lot better after a few songs. It reminds me that I'm not alone and everyone get sad too.

4. Write xo
Writing is an amazing outlet if you ever need to pour out your soul. I have a journal that I write in whenever I need to vent and it really helps and makes me feel a lot better and also helps me track my moods. If you plan on making it very personal, hide it somewhere no one will find it. I know how embarrassing it can be when people find your journal and read things they weren't meant to see. You could always type it on your laptop but there's a much personal feeling when you can write it on paper. Either way, it's up to you.

5. Draw xo
Using creative outlets to channel your emotions is pretty great. It doesn't matter how pretty it turns out, you'll feel better once you've let it all out.

6. Talk to someone xo
It's never healthy to bottle up everything, it gets you to a point where you won't be able to cope with it all and it'll start to have a negative impact on your mental and physical health. Find someone you know you can trust and talk to them about how you feel. Sometimes all we need is someone to hear us. I do recommend this from time to time.

7. Seek help xo
I mean this when things start to get too much and it's starting to affect how you live on a day-to-day basis. Sometimes we fail to recognise that there might actually be something wrong with us despite the signs being obvious. If you think (or know) something could be wrong please don't be afraid to get help from a professional. Your mental health is just as important as your physical health.

8. Sleep xo
I love sleeping, it's the best thing ever. Sleeping will help especially if you've been crying. Wash your face, change into something comfortable and get into bed and sleep. You'll wake up feeling refreshed.

9. Watch your favourite show/movie xo
It'll take your mind of things.

10. Exercise xo
I've heard that exercising is another great way to channel your feelings into something beneficial. You can try yoga as well, it is very relaxing and fun.

Alright love ya boss babes, mwah x
