Hello, I hope everyone is doing fine. So, about 2 years ago or so I started following a more healthy vibe in my life, it happened in baby steps that even I didn't notice, so:

  • Drink more water & bring a bottle everywhere:

I know it seems pretty basic but sometimes we get thirsty at school and it's easy to refill so you don't have to go to drink water every 5 minutes; also, it's really good for the environment to carry a bottle everywhere and it will soon become a habit.

you can buy a really nice bottle so you'll feel motivated
  • Add flavor to the water:

If you don't like plain water, you can cut pieces of a lemon/strawberry/cucumber/etc. and refrigerate overnight.

  • Eat more fruits:

Even if you are not a fan, there must be some fruits you might love, try as much fruits as possible and find your favorites.

The more color you have in your bowl, the better
  • Eat more greens:

Try them in your smoothies or in your salads.
  • Cut down sugar, salt and alcohol & cook for yourself:

Try to avoid as much as possible processed foods and fast food; and so, try new recipes.
