Hello Hearters ღ

Today i'll be giving tips on having healthy hair, which is something i've been struggling with for the last 2 years. Hope it helps you as much it did for me.

EAT RIGHT FOOD

Omega 3, Iron and Protein based nutritions are a must if you want a shiny, strong, voluminous hair !

DITCH DAILY SHAMPOO

Don't wash your hair every day, try to wash it every 2 to 3 days. Your hair will be more free of chemicals plus it'll get greasy slower.

LOOSEN UP!

When you tie your hair try not to tighten it up much.

COCONUT OIL

Coconut oil is useful for so many things. It can be used in kitchen, as a moisturiser, skin care, nail care, hair etc. If you take showers in the morning apply coconut oil to the tips & roots of your hair, a night before. If you take it in the middle of the day or at night, apply it 3 hours before. It will make your so soft, glowy, strong and voluminous.

DON'T WASH YOU HAIR WITH VERY HOT WATER

Prefer, warm or cold water.

LEAVE THE CONDITIONER ON FOR A FEW MINUTES

Some people apply the conditioner and rinse it off immediately. But, for it to show the effect you should leave it on for at least 2-3 minutes.

WAIT BEFORE BLOW DRYING

Unless you're in a rush, don't blow dry your hair immediately after taking a shower. Wait for 70% of you your hair to dry naturally than use a blow dryer.

DON'T BRUSH YOUR HAIR WHEN IT'S WET

Avoid brushing your hair right after you take a shower. It damages and tends to break the hair. If you have to, use a comb. Be gentle, start from the bottom.

CUT YOUR TIPS EVERY ONCE IN A WHILE

Get a trim every 6 to 8 weeks. If you don't give those split ends a nice
tidy up the hair will get worse & grow slower.

AVOID USING HEAT AS MUCH AS POSSIBLE

Hair straightener, curler, blow dryer...all of these damage your hair. Try to use it the least possible ! And when you do, use heat protector.

DON'T DYE YOUR HAIR TOO MUCH

I know most people like to play with the color of their hair, but each time, the bleach and chemicals damage our hair. Especially dying it back to back can cause serious breaks on hair. After dying your hair, use treatments and masks to maintain the natural healthy look.

TREAT YOUR HAIR

Examine your hair, find the type. Buy masks & search treatments. You can even make your own at home. There are so many of them online and they are very simple. Take care of your hair. Trust me, it'll make you happier ♡
