We're already at the second week of my challenge if I can say that. To write one article per week for a whole year! So let's dive in for the second recipe.

  • 1 cup of frozen mango chunks
  • 1 cup of real apple juice
  • 1 cup of frozen (can be fresh) strawberries
  • 1 cup of vanilla Yogurt


1. Put all ingredients in a blender.

2. Blend until smooth and serve.

3.Enjoy! :)
