A good breakfast can be the fuel you need to start the day; maybe before a hard workout or a long day at school. Here are some breakfast recipes for a healthy start to your day. Maybe you find your new favorite breakfast ♡

♥ Avocado toast

This is a classic- a very good one. Avocado toast is easy, healthy and incredible good. What you need is: ♥ 1 avocado ♥ couple of slices toasted bread ♥ lime ♥ chilli powder ♥ curry. Mash the avocado, add some juice from the lime and season with chili powder and a hint of curry. Enjoy!

♥ Smoothie Bowl

Another classic. A smoothie bowl is a very fresh breakfast and also something you can prepare the day before; make the smoothie the night before, and all you have to do is add the topping in the morning. There are many different recipes, but I have a green favorite. What you need: ♥ 1 banana ♥ Frozen mango ♥ 1/2 avocado ♥ Spinach ♥ Kiwi ♥ Water. Just put everything in a blender and blend. Add little water for a thick consistency. Add berries and granola, and you are good to go!

♥ Banana Pancakes

I love me some classic American chocolate chip pancakes, but this is something I save for the weekend. In everyday life I prefer the healthier version; and this is also pretty good. There are many different recipes when it comes to banana pancakes, some are easier than others. Here I want to share with you a very easy recipe with only three ingredients! You need: ♥ One ripe banana ♥ Two eggs ♥ Oats. Just mash the banana and add the other ingredients. Season with cinnamon if you like and fry in some coconut oil. Berries, more banana and some maple syrup are delicious for topping. This breakfast is easy, delicious and will keep you full for a long time!

♥ Scrambled eggs with a twist

I have a lot of classics included in this article haha, but also here I have added my own twist, several actually. You need: ♥ 2 eggs ♥ Chilli powder ♥ Cheese ♥ Cottage Cheese. Mix the eggs with chilli powder and two tablespoons cottage cheese. Whisk it together. Season with chilli powder and fry in a pan. Add cheese in the end and let it melt. Bon appetit!

♥ Homemade granola and yoghurt

This is sooo good! You need: ♥ 150 g oats ♥ 50 g sunflower seeds ♥ 50 g pumpkin seeds ♥ 50 g almonds ♥ 50g sesame seeds ♥ 2 tablespoons oil ♥ 1 dl water ♥ 75 g shredded coconut ♥ cinnamon and cardamom. Mix all the dry ingredients in one bowl and oil + water in another. Then add the liquid into the dry ingredients and mix. Spread it out on a baking plate. Cook it in the oven on 175 degrees celcius for 30 minutes. Fry the coconut in a pan and add in the end. Use it as topping on your smoothie bowl or mix it with yoghurt and berries ♥
