I have always wanted to be an organized and healthy person, for that reason I will start having my agenda, write down things I have to do, important things, etc.
I will comment on the routine that I will be following every day so that it becomes a habit.
I will start sleeping today at 10:00 PM and waking up tomorrow at 7:00 AM, as soon as I wake up I will meditate one hour and then have some protein, after that I will wash my face like every morning and put a little moisturizer in my mouth. face, I will see a chapter of gossip girl (as always haha) and then start doing an hour of exercise, when I finish I will try to write at least 1,000 words of a chapter I want from my stories. I will take the rest of the day off and when it is 4:00 PM I will start with my (at home) hula class.
In the remainder of the day I will try to start learning with the basics of the Hawaiian language.
