1. Know your priorities

Your mental space deserves too much attention. To keep your stress to a minimun practice mindfulness and incorporate a healthy dose of meditation (if you can't do it by your own try guided meditation) and exercise into your life

3. Slow Down
If you are always racing to the next moment, what happens to the one you are in?

4. Want less
Free yourself from associating your happiness with what you have or don't have. Live frugally.

5. Create routines
A habit is hard to break. Spend time creating good habits.

6. Spned time alone
You need to know how to be alone and not be defined by another person

7. Know when to say no
Only say yes to things you really want to do

8. Turn off notifications
Social media and email notifications keep us in a constant distracted state by creating a false sense of urgency. Turn them off!

9. Do less
Stop trying to fill every waking minute of your day with something productive. Allow yourself at least 2 hours of doing nothing

10. Do't get lazy or forget to dream
Keep realistic goals and don't ever stop moving forward
