1) Twin Peaks

A crime drama mixed with healthy doses of the surreal, this series is about FBI Agent Dale Cooper, who travels to the small logging town of Twin Peaks to solve the murder of seemingly innocent high schooler Laura Palmer. Almost nothing is as it seems, and the show is filled with eerie visuals, oddball characters and wild dream sequences.

2) Freaks and Geeks

Growing up circa 1980, a misfit high-school student and his pals are probably destined to become new media millionaires, but right now they're stuck in school, where all the girls are a foot taller and bullies terrorize the gym class. Meanwhile, his older sister is flirting with the dope-smoking bad boys, cutting classes and questioning the point of getting good grades.

6) The Craft

After transferring to a Los Angeles high school, Sarah finds that her telekinetic gift appeals to a group of three wannabe witches, who happen to be seeking a fourth member for their rituals. Bonnie, Rochelle and Nancy, like Sarah herself, all have troubled backgrounds, which combined with their nascent powers lead to dangerous consequences. The girls grow power-mad.

7) Empire Records

Empire Records, an independent Delaware store that employs a tight-knit group of music-savvy youths. Hearing that the shop may be sold to a big chain, a slacker employee bets a chunk of the store's money, hoping to get a big return. The store falls into serious trouble, and the group, must deal with the problem, among many other issues.

8) WolfBlood

Wolfblood is a British, German fantasy teen drama television series targeted at a young adult audience. I used to watch this when i was younger and absolutely loved it - season 1 & 2 are the best. The television series revolves around the life of the species known as wolfbloods. The television series focuses on a group of friends in high school, their daily life and the challenges that they face to hide their secret.

9) The BasketBall Diaries

A 1995 American coming of age crime drama film. Telling the story of a teenager in high school with a promising basketball career ahead of him but develops an addiction to heroin with his misguided friends.

10) Scream 1996

is a 1996 American slasher film which follows the character of Sidney Prescott, a high school student in the fictional town of Woodsboro, California, who becomes the target of a mysterious killer known as Ghostface.
