day twenty-six: write about an area in your life you'd like to improve in.

The one area in my life, would definitely be my health. I have come to realise, that living a healthy lifestyle, should be my goal. I'm only twenty, so if I can start now, and get into a routine, I'll stick with it, for the rest of my life.

So a few health goals that I am trying to get better at are:

1. Incorporate fruit and vegetables into my daily diet.
