1. Stay hydrated! Drink a lot of water everyday. Also, eat fruits and veggies as much as you can.
2. Use honey, it's Antibacterial and clean pores.

3. Never sleep with your makeup!
4. Working out is good for your skin! Bacteria from your pores comes out with the sweat from your pores and cleans it.
5. Sleep enough. Sleep affects the hormones in the body. Two of these hormones that are affected by sleep and that have an effect on the skin are cortisol and melatonin. Cortisol has a negative effect on the skin. This ensures increased sebum production, which can increase the risk of pimples. In addition, it can damage the skin barrier, causing the skin to dry out faster.
the production of melatonin is actually delayed with a sleep deprivation, while melatonin is very good for the skin. Melatonin helps in the recovery of the skin and stimulates the production of collagen. The delay in melatonin production can make the skin look older faster because less collagen is produced.
