Healthy eating, healthy eating is confusing! I think the key to healthy eating is balance! Have a salad but also have some cake (in moderation).

Listen to your body.
Learn to recognise when you're full. Sometimes that means waiting after eating before you get more (20 mins is a good rule of thumb). Or if you want to eat something because your bored, distract yourself with a fun activity.

Don't trust every diet, not every diet will work for you because you are unique! For example I tried going vegan, but I am a active growing teenager so I need a lot of calories and the vegan diet made it hard for me to get enough calories . So moral of the story it take trial and error to find what works for , and not every diet will work for you and thats ok!
