hey guys it's Aya again and I am back with a new article ..I hope my last article gets your admiration how to be productive ? and here is part two ..if you read this article carefully I think that you will get a lot beneficial things that you will change your life well
note those tips some of them I have tried and the others i will land now let's start

4) Make to do list:
“To do list'' means you write what you want to do in your day and make sure you do it all ,now how can you do “to do list “ in a perfect way and do all what you wrote in it ?...I will tell a secret for that ..
1_If you are a beginner then you have to write little things so that way you will do everything ...you shouldn't write too many things so you will get bored and then do nothing and you will feel so bad .
2_ award yourself for the things you have done in the list ,that will make you continue doing it .

5) Be positive :
Let's think of it in a logical way if you are a positive person then you will do good things and amazing thingd
1_Note_ DON'T EVER COMPARE YOURSELF WITH OTHERS.
_like for example :
_If you are on a diet with your friend and you too go to gym together ..in the end of the week you lost 5 pounds and your friend lost 10 pounds ..if you are positive you will be happy about what you lost but if you are negative you will be disappointed and maybe you won't continue in your diet …
_maybe you ask yourself now how positive has to do with productivity ??
_no no no it has a lot because being positive will make you think well in your life and what could you do to improve it and how could you deal with your disadvantages to become better ..all that depends on how you think .

6)_Be organized_:

No one likes being disorganized. Organization takes time, but when you get the hang of it, life becomes much easier. To be truly organized, you need to organize your space and organize your time.

1_Put important dates in a calendar. Get a calendar and hang it in a spot where you can look at it every day, such as in your kitchen, by your bed, or in your home office. You can also put a calendar on your computer desktop or use the calendar app on your smartphone. Put all important dates in the calendar, such as due dates, appointments, and meetings. Keep it updated regularly to help you organize your time.

2_Schedule breaks throughout your work day. Though it is important that you get all of the necessary tasks done, you should also set aside time for short breaks. You may schedule in 5 minute breaks after every few tasks so you can stretch your legs, go for a short walk.

Don’t Procrastinate
The longer you wait to do something, the more difficult it will be to get it done. If you want your life to be less stressful and less demanding, then organize as soon as you can. Putting in the effort to get things done as soon as possible will lift the weight off of you from doing it later.
