Hey guys! So, a few of you wanted a part two to the first article I did on how I lose weight, so here it is.

In case any of you wanted to know, I have lost about 20 pounds doing these things. During a super rough time in my life, I weighed about 150 lbs ( that's almost 70 kg ). I weigh 130 lbs ( about 58 kg ) now, but I still want to lose way more.

These things help me and I really hope some of these tips will help you too. Okay, let's get to it.

How I lose Weight: Part 2.

4: Drink a ton of water ( but don't overdo it or you'll die.. )
Okay so, everyone knows that water is the absolute thing to drink when you're trying to lose weight ( next to Matcha Green Tea ), but it can be overdone. Drinking a lot of water can help suppress cravings and boost your metabolism. It can also help remove excess waste from your body, but too much of a good thing can be dangerous. Trust me. I once went to a chocolate themed birthday party, and believe me, you can have too much of a good thing.
Anyway, if you drink too much water too fast, you can risk developing Water Intoxication. Water Intoxication is when you drink too much water in a short enough period of time ( about 6 liters in 3 hours ). Water Intoxication may be rare, but people have been known to die from it. So guys, water is a great friend, but like with any friend, know when you've had enough.

5: (Okay, this one can be considered controversial but it helps me, so). Body Check.
Now, when I say "Body Check", I mean to measure and weigh yourself on a regular basis. Take it from me, this one can be addicting and I'll explain why, but remember that losing weight takes time. More time for some than others, but it doesn't happen overnight for anybody. So, body checking. (Sigh..) Body checking has been crucial in my weight loss journey because it keeps me motivated and it also helps keep me on track. But in all honesty, and I appreciate honesty, body checking has become an addiction for me. I have to weigh myself everyday, I measure myself everyday ( have I lost any inches off my waist or arms ) and it has helped but it has also hurt me. I don't recommend measuring yourself or weighing yourself everyday, or even every other day. Maybe once a week so that your progress is more noticeable and you'll feel better about yourself and love yourself which is something I wish I could do...

6: The last tip I'm gonna share with you guys today is that you will have to learn to deal with sabotagers. I also call them My Mother, but that's a whole other thing. So, sabotagers are exactly what they sound like; people who want to see you fail. For whatever reason, they do not want to see you lose weight. Maybe they're insecure about their own looks, maybe they can't lose weight themselves but they know you can, or, they're assholes who hate you. ( That last one is completely true for me, but I hope it's not for you ). These people know that you're gonna look freaking hot when you lose weight and get healthy and they're tiny, insecure minds won't be able to handle your sexiness. It's just the sad fact of their existence, unfortunately. But don't let any bitches stop you; no matter what they try. You know why you wanna lose weight and no one should stop you from getting what you want.

Alright guys, I'm so scared that have been too long so this is all I'm gonna post for now. But before I go, I want to let you guys know that if you're struggling with an eating disorder or anything, I'm here for you to talk to. I know it's easier for me to be open with a complete stranger than someone I know very well. And I understand eating disorders way too well as I suffer with them myself.

I am here for any of you who just need to talk to someone, so please don't hesitate. My Instagram is @almostskinnylove if you wanna DM me on there.

Stay Safe everyone!
