These are my new years resolutions for 2018 that (hopefully) will improve my mental health.

Number 1

No phone in bed (preferably not at all after 11 pm)
For me this results in: -more and better sleep
-more time for reading my favourite books

Number 2

Work towards having a neat and tidy space to work and sleep in at all times.
-Here I want to test out a more minimalistic home to achieve this.

Number 3

Daily exercise
-Even a light workout will do here. Maybe a walk or a streaching session.
