Hi everyone,

I feel like it's been a while since I've shared my thoughts with you.

But alas people continue to get it very wrong and I feel it is my duty to set them on a straight and narrow path.

I'm not saying I'm always right but...if the shoe fits (lol)

You're probably wondering what pray tell has me so irritated and somewhat perplexed, well let's find out shall we.

A sea of 'group think' and not a single 'individual' in sight.

The reason behind the array of black fabric being showcased at the Golden Globe's is to protest against sexual harassment in Hollywood. Obviously this is in light of all of the Weinstein /Spacey cases.

Hollywood's grotesque underbelly was finally exposed and it brings me great joy knowing that the hypocritical elitists of Hollywood no longer have a diamond encrusted pedestal to look down on the rest of us from. Hopefully the victims can also finally receive closure.

Now...

All of the women (and some men) decided to wear black in solidarity of other women and all in all to fight for equality.

I call Bullshit.

Here are my three reasons.

1. Imagine what would happen to a woman who didn't wear black or chose not to support the movement simply because she's more interested in being an individual rather than a collective.

- This is just another way for women to bully other women aka feminism. You might be thinking 'wth is she talking about? doesn't she understand that this movement is about women supporting each other?'

NO, ONCE AGAIN THAT'S
YOUR FRIEND FEMINISM MANIPULATING YOU. Stop letting feminism manipulate you, you're smarter than this.

2. All of these feminists are actually going against 'their' feminism LOL. This entire pearl clutching, black fabric wearing movement is demonstrating that all women are victims.

I empathise with women who have no rights. I don't empathise with women who have rights and claim they don't only to receive more.

Hate to break it to you sweetie but this woman has a mind of her own...oh and she's not a feminist.

THE THIRD & MOST IMPORTANT REASON WHY,

I call bullshit and why I find all of these actresses disingenuous for participating in this movement is...

Where were you when Christian women were being TORTURED, RAPED and KILLED for not converting to Islam.

Where were you when Muslim women were being BRUTALLY TORTURED under the acts of Sharia Law.

WHY DIDN'T YOU SPEAK UP FOR ASIA BIBI?

WHY DIDN'T YOU SPEAK UP FOR MARIAM IBRAHIM?

WHY DIDN'T YOU SPEAK UP FOR WOMEN WHO WERE IN FACT BEING OPPRESSED EVERY SINGLE DAY?

I'll tell you why.

Because 'Time's up', just like every other feminist movement has no interest in helping women. The only thing it's interested in is having the loudest voice.

Unfortunately it doesn't matter how loud your voice is. What matters is what you have to say and how it will lead to change.

All you want to do is smash the (imaginary) patriarchy with the Matriarchy.

Seriously?

These Hollywood actresses chose to wear black.

What did they change?

Whose life did they save?

Whose tears did they wipe?

Whose fears did they erase?

They accomplished nothing because they did nothing.

And don't even try with the whole 'they're raising awareness' argument. You can raise awareness till you're blue in the face but talking can only do so much.
