*Read or write a book

Try and read a book every night before you go to sleep as this will help you unwind after a busy day. If you like writing books try the website/app wattpad, it's where you can write your own books and read other peoples books.

*Meditate

Meditation is one of my favourite ways to relax as you need only peace and quiet and can do it any time you want. It also will help clear your mind and focus.

*Have a bath

Make sure when you do this to have shampoo and shower gels that smell good and help you relax.

*Do a hobby

Find a hobby that isn't stressful like:

  • painting
  • drawing
  • play an instrument
  • take pictures
  • go for a walk
