In this article i'm gonna talk about my personal top 6 skin tips and treatments 😍 so let's keep going ..

#1 Drinking water!

drinking an adequate amount of water a day is very important to keep your skin hydrated and refreshed it also flushes the toxins out of your body. so you have to drink 2 liters or 8 glasses of water a day.
*you can add lemon to motivate yourself to drink more water.💦

#2 Washing your face with lukewarm water and removing makeup

You may don't know the importance of removing your makeup every night before you sleep because while sleeping our skin regenerates itself but if the pores are filled with makeup it will be unable to breathe. It also causes fine lines, wrinkles and dark circles around the eyes .. so keep your skin away from damages and clean it every single day💛

#3 Cleansing

Choose a suitable cleanser soup or gel for your skin and use it twice everyday.

#4 Exfoliate your skin

Your skin needs to be exfoliated twice a week because exfoliating removes the dead skin and makes your face soft. so make sure you use the right face scrubs or make your own (I'll write an article about home made skincare masks and scrubs).

#5 Moisturize your skin

You have to use the right moisturizer that suits your skin first then make sure you apply it to your skin gently twice a day (in the morning and before going to sleep) right after washing your face.

#6 Apply sunscreen

Another important step is to apply sunscreen every 2 hours to protect your skin from the harmful effects of the sun and to prevent sunburn and wrinkles. And for sure you have to pick the suitable one for your skin! ☀️
