We all have them days where we are feeling low and come to a point where we don't really know what to do. I just want to give some advice as I have suffered a lot from anxiety and depression and I have taught myself how to control it.
-If you are feeling low then breathe slowly through your nose and out through your mouth and relax. Stop putting so much pressure on yourself.
-If you are under a lot of stress, take a break and calm yourself down. You have all the time in the world. Stop working yourself up about it.
-It is okay not to be okay.
-Everything happens for a reason. If something is meant to be it will be.
-Don't false relationships or friendships. They're not suppose to be like that, they should happen when they happen.
-Cut the negative people out of your life, no matter who it may be, if they bring bad vibes...lose them.
Don't forget you are never alone no matter what is happening. You'll always have someone.
