Be kind and help other people
Everyone has their own struggles to face and it's important to not make it worse. We should try to be the kindest that we can. A smile or a nice word cost nothing, and can mean a lot to somebody.

We are going to make lots of mistakes during our lives and we should not be too hard with ourselves about that. We need to forgive ourselves and try to learn from those mistakes.

Find and accept help if needed
I've been through hard times this year and I learnt that help is really important. Whenever someone offers you help, you should try to accept it. And if no one offers, then you should ask. I know it's difficult but it's really helpful.

Progress takes time
Baby steps are better than nothing. We shouldn't want to have it all quickly. Patience is the key to success.

Self care is important
We need to take breaks and time to ourselves. We should find activities that we enjoy and take enough time to do them. Also, we should rest properly.

Storms don't last forever
There will be lots of hard times, but most of them are going to end and then we'll be happy again. Keeping that on mind can help you to survive the worst times.

Overthinking and stressing are harmful
This is particularly difficult for me, but overanalyzing things doesn't solve anything. If you can solve the problem, do something about it. If you can't, then learn to accept it.

Be grateful
We shouldn't take anything for granted, because from one day to another we could lose the things we have.

It will make us happier. There are so many little things in life that are amazing, we should try to think about them.

Change is a part of life and is inevitable. Accept it will make a lot of things easier. Some good things might stay in the past, but other good things will come in the future.

Balance
Extremes aren't good. We should find the balance in everything. Eat healthy, but sometimes treat yourself with foods you like. Study hard, but allow yourself time to rest. Be kind, but don't let people abuse you. Be self confident, but not arrogant.
