Some days people can push your buttons or just ruin your day. I'm here to tell you how to have a good day despite all the people who try to ruin it :))

First of all, don't think about yesterday or the future, think about the present and what you can do to make your day better. Do something that makes you happy, such as; baking or cooking one of your favorite foods, having a spa day, or listening to music. Exercising may not be something you LIKE to do but I know after I exercise I always feel better and more relaxed.

Before you go to bed, make a list of your goals for tomorrow and what you need to do. Spending too much time on your phone can be bad for you so read a book before you go to bed, it will help relax you and also help you sleep better which ultimately leads to a healthier mind. Finally, do NOT let anyone ruin your day. No one should be able to dictate whether your day goes good or bad, that is up to you.
