1. CLEAN YOUR ROOM

3. DON'T WAIT UNTIL THE LAST MINUTE TO DO YOUR WORK

it's not the best idea to wait until 11:00 pm to start your homework. because firstly, you don't know how long it will take you to complete it. it could take five minutes or two hours, and nobody wants to be up until 1 am completing a math assignment. to create less stress with yourself, start your homework way before it's due. that lets you take your time, and even go back and check your work.

4. WRITE EVERYTHING DOWN

don't always rely on your memory, write it down! either on a sticky note or just in your phone's notes, it'll be beneficial.

5. PRACTICE GOOD HABITS

practice things you want to get in the habit of, for example, waking up early or washing your face two times a day. you will eventually get in the routine to do these things everyday.

6. CREATE A WEEKEND BUCKETLIST

7. DON'T PROCRASTINATE

8. DON'T OVERWHELM YOURSELF
