This is my very first article, I hope you'll like it.

Breakfast is the most important meal of the day because it gives you energy, boots your metabolism and if you eat delicious breakfast you'll start your day filled with joy!
Here are some tips :)

Water/Tea

First of all drinking is the most important in the morning. Drink 2 glasses of water or tea (with honey and lemon). Your body needs liquid to wake up.

Find your favourite

Egg

One of the best energy and protein source. It fills you till brunch/snack.
You can make it in countless versions:

  • scrambled egs
  • boiled eggs
  • fried eggs
  • french toast

Don't forget the fresh veggies witch in season

Oatmeal

Super easy, super fast and super healthy.
Mix oat and milk/water, let it rest for the night or put it in the microwave for 1:30 minutes. Drop on it fruits, some kind of cream, honey, nuts, seeds, coconut, compote, cocoa powder/cinnamon mixed with xylitol... or nothing :)

Jam, peanut butter, dark chocolate cream

Sandwich

  • old styled

Whole grain bakery + hummus/butter + ham/sausage + veggies in season (onions are always)+ egg + cheese + sauce (mayo, ketchup, mustard, horseradish cream, red pepper cream)

Drink a cup of hot cocoa with it
  • creams

Jam, hummus, avocado cream, cottage cheese, mashed boiled egg cream, liver pate

Smoothie, yogurt

Mix it with something slow absorption carbohydrate (oat) - in other case you'll be hungry soon.

Sweets: healthy cookies, energy bites, scone, pancake, waffles

Just why not start the day with something sweet?

One-plate-everything

Yeah... Drop everything you find in the kitchen on that plate, but with moderation :D
It's literally the breakfast, if you want to eat a sandwich, but you're too lazy to put the layers on top of each other.

Choose the healthy ones!

I do not recommend eating only friuts for breakfast (and for dinner) because in long term it might causes diabetes - always eat it with something slow absorption carbohydrate. In other case fruits will be absorpted too fast and after that your blood glucose level will raises and than suddenly drops. It confuses your body.
