So yesterday I was asked how to make themselves better and stronger while being single so I thought I'd make it into an article with some tips to help y'all out. My best advice is to eat healthy but that doesn't mean you have to be a vegan or a vegetarian or go on any special diet. Just make sure you get tons of fruits and vegetables in your diet and don't eat too munch junk food but if you need that cookie dough or cookies or whatever eat it. Depriving yourself doesn't help anything. Also, the most important things is that you are doing these changes for you not for your ex, not for your friends only for you. Working out is also a big part. This doesn't mean you have to go the gym either. Just find what works for you even if it's just taking a walk everyday . Any kind of physical activity works. Surrounding yourself with friends and family helps a lot. An advantage of being single is you can explore new hobbies and go to new places by yourself. Just learning to be by yourself and after while it becomes second nature. It's hard at first but just surrounding yourself with people who want to help you is the best thing. Another big thing is taking care of your mental health. Just doing small things to help yourself every day like taking a hot shower or bath and lighting some candles. Listening to your favorite music. Whether you go to school or work. Just finding some time for yourself during the day is the best and most important thing you can do. I hope this helps you guys out.
