I find many articles on here that speak about the mentality behind self love; though the concept is a mindset, I know they're physical things that we can all do towards achieving that mindset. It easy to say accept yourself, but it's harder to know how. Below are my goals and strategies. I'm gonna follow these ideas for the next month or so (not later than January) and then update you guys on my progress. Feel free to join in on this little goal setting thing of mine :))))

GOAL ONE: LEARN TO GIVE THE LOVE YOU WANT TO GIVE TO OTHER PEOPLE TO YOURSELF
- Write paragraphs, letters, etc. to yourself. Have them for safe keeping (maybe put them in a cute little box or something) and then open the letters on days you feel down or frustrated.
- Stop checking social media so much. Limit yourself to 20 minute intervals every three to four hours.
- Give someone a compliment everyday. Making other people feel good makes me feel good.
- TREAT YO SELF. With black friday and every thing coming up, ball out and buy yourself some nice stuff
