❁ How to have incredible days in 10 steps ❁

❀ Step 1:
When you wake up, keep in mind it´s going to be a great day (The most important step of all). Drink coffee and eat a fruit. This will help you to feel better. Okaaaay, forget the fruit hahaha just eat something delicious and your stomach will be happy... You know: "Happy stomach, happy me" ♥

❀ Step 2:
Read fantasy books... Why? Well, a study shows that people that read tends to dream more, so try reading something new this week and have great dreams in case that your day was not as fabulous as it supposed to be ☺ You will see that this really works. What about dreaming fairytales tonight?

❀Step 3:
Stop thinking about Utopias. Start finding your everyday´s Senderipity... Maybe person, a smell, an exam...

❀Step 4:
Be kind and always smile. I am not saying don´t cry but always and everytime, show the best version of yourself.

❀Step 5:
ALWAYS find a few minutes for yourself... All of us have a stressfu life sometimes but that´s because we have to relax and remeber to ourselves that we are important. So stop what are you doing and listen a good song, go for a snack, meditate, go for a walk, take a bath, draw... And then go back and handle it.

❀Step 6:
Have an artistic eye and start finding art in everything... Walls, people, songs, smells, flavors, the sky, so just take photos of all you think that is beautiful... In this way, life will taste better, you´ll see.

❀Step 7:
Stop caring so much about what people say. They won´t be with you all your life and the won´t pay for your mistakes, so start doing what makes your heart happy, just enjoy the moment.

Smile to unknown people. I´ll left you discover the benefits of this, so just do it.

Find a good serie for watching it on weekend and make a week list of new things, like DIYs to try, restaurants to go, expositions to admire, cooking time, products, plants, new habits, new way to home...

NEVER regret sayin "no" to something thatt you don´t want and just be yourself because yuu are great.
