Okay, so I might not be an expert or a personal trainer but I do know some pretty amount of stuff about all this jazz...

1. Exercise

There is no better way of saying this, but THIS IS THE ONLY SOLUTION TO LOSING FAT. THE ONLY. The other fake ass shakes or tummy strips methods won't help and they might even do the opposite. Even if it's 10 or 20 minutes daily, you'll start seeing results. If you can exercise daily, do it; Right before the shower, do it. Don't miss out on those chances. If you do exercise, don't just focus on one part of you body. You cant get rid of fat by only training one part of your body.

2. Drink water

Drink the RIGHT amount of water necessary/needed for you in a DAILY basis. This all depends on the person, just search online what amount of water you need. Water helps you to lose weight since it boost your metabolism, cleanse your body of waste, and acts as an appetite suppressant. Also, drinking more water helps your body stop retaining water, leading you to drop those extra pounds of water weight.

plus on a side note, it'll make your skin glowing and no chap lips.

3. Cut of junk food and bad fats

Okay, this really helps a lot. Cut out any processed foods and junk food. And sugar.

4. Eat right

With the exercise, you won't get anywhere if you only exercise and eat junk food all day. No that's not how it works, one impacts the other. Especially since you're mostly eating throughtout the day and having 3 meals a day. You don't need no diet, just be careful of what you consume.

5. Don't try any fad diets

A fad diet is a stylish weight-loss plan that promises dramatic results like the military diet. Yes, often time you will see results but right after you'll start gaining weight within your normal eating habits. Don't do those, they're a waste of time and energy.

6. Sleep well

Get as much as rest as you can. The more the better. Since you need as much of it as possible. Losing out on sleep creates a viscous cycle in your body, making you more prone to various factors contributing to weight gain. The more sleep-deprived you are, the higher your levels of the stress hormone cortisol, which increases your appetite

I'll add in more later if I remember.
