Hey everyone, so lately I have received a lot of postcards asking me to make an article about how to boost you confident. We all know this is a tricky thing to do in this society we are living in these days, and sometimes it's hard to look in the mirror and see this beautiful or handsome man or woman you are. There are some tips and tricks you can do to maybe help you on your way, but to become more confident is not something that happens overnight. It takes time, and you need to work with yourself. I'm not gonna lie to you, I also have days where it's extremely hard to appreciate myself, my personality and my look. So in this article I gonna show you some of my own tips and tricks I do to turn a crappy day into a good day, and helps me to boost my confident. (These tips are things that works well for me, and maybe some of them will help for you, or maybe not, and if you have your own tips and tricks, please send me a postcard telling me, I love when you are active and come with inputs)

#1 - Work out

Working out is maybe something you already know, and I’m sorry for repeating it. However, it’s proven that when you have been working out for a time, you automatically think more positive about yourself, and you can both see and feel that your body is changing in the way you want it to change.

#2 - Eat healthy

Eating healthy and giving your body the vitamins and minerals it needs, really helps your body changing in fascinating ways. Personally, I’ve experienced some amazing difference on my skin, eyelashes and brows. This has helped me feel more comfortable without make up, and I’m finally able to love my natural beauty, which boost my confident in no time almost every day.

#3 - Have good people in your life

A big part of being a human is to socialize with other people, and binding bands. Which means, it’s important to have people who makes you feel good. You gotta get rid of the vampire who sucks out all your energy and positivity, and spend more of your time to be with the people who gives you the energy and positivity. To have good friends, best friend, a girlfriend or a boyfriend who not only tells you how much they appreciate you, but also show it to you, makes you feel worthy and makes any crappy day, a little bit better.

#4 - Dress nicely

How you dress a day, can affect how you feel that day. I have same as other people, days where I feel lazy or tired, and have a habit to dress in cozy clothes. This automatically make me feel more tired, and when I look in the mirror, all I see is a tired girl. But when I do the opposite thing, and dress up a bit, I can look in the mirror and see a girl who looks nice, and kind of fool myself to think I have more energy then I actually have. This also gives you more confidence when you can walk around and know that you look good in your clothes.

#5 - Get a job you like

I know this maybe sounds a little weird, and you think, “wait what, when I work it makes me physical tired” but I personally get more energy of working. You feel that you are needy and a huge help for other people, and that you are doing something for the society. If you are working with people, many of them are probably kind and makes you feel that you are doing a great and important job.

#6 - Give time to yourself

Give yourself a little treatment after a long day, with maybe a warm bath, a home spa or maybe reading a book you like, makes you feel calm and relaxed. It gives you the opportunity to treat yourself, and it’s the perfect timing to think about all the good things in your life. All the people that you love, all the memories you have, and focus about all the things you do like about yourself instead of the things you wish was different.

But the most important thing is the fact that you are a wonderful person, no matter how you look, and that’s all that really matters. Remember that you are one of a kind, and no one can ever take that away from you. So take care of yourself, appreciate every shitty situation that you have not only been through, but also made it through fine.
