Songs have a way of making us feel and remember things or trigger a random thoughts. I personally have listened to a lot of songs in the past years and I thought, why not listen to some songs, old ones and new ones, and see what comes up in my mind.

I suggest looking up the songs and listening to them while reading so you can see where I'm coming from. Also, I just randomly picked songs from different playlists and put them into one just in case you're wondering. If you want me to do this again, don't be afraid to recommend me some songs to listen to next time!

Without further ado, here are songs and my memories!

Take A Bow by Rihanna

This reminds me of that time when I was a little kid and me and my family were living in Japan temporarily because my parents worked there. I remember this song playing in the car on our way to somewhere or on a roadtrip. I remember singing along with the wrong lyrics and my tiny kid voice. We haven't gone back there since we went back home in 2010, I guess that's why the part when she sings "It's over now" gets me.

Me and You - Fall Out Boy

This reminds me of some car rides. This also reminds me of sixth grade which was a couple years ago. I have a wide smile on my face right now this puts me in such a good mood.

Thunder - Boys Like GIrls

Roadtrips with family, driving past some trees with orange leaves falling off of them. This song is the soundtrack to my childhood to be honest.

How to Save a LIfe - The Fray

I know every word to this song. I remember Cry (Cryaotic from YouTube) singing his song. ~ a beauty ~ I remember my old friend. She was my bestfriend but I wasn't hers. Okay but seriously, I've been singing this song ever since I was little. Back then, I didn't care about the lyrics, I just sang along. Now, I relate to every single word.

Take Me As I Am - FM Static

A beauty! I love this song so much! This is the first song that I memorized the lyrics to, that's a big deal to me. I'm not a singer, but I love singing and this song had a lot to do with that.

I Don't Care - Fall Out Boy

This reminds me of sixth grade when I would hang out with my friends back then and just blast loud music from our radios. I honestly just remember the entirety of our friendship, this song could go along with every memory I have with them which says a lot.

Stranger Things - Kygo, One Republic

This song wasn't around then but this reminds me of me and my friends back then, we loved being weird, we wouldn't care if we got weird looks, and we had dreams that we wanted to do together someday. Oh well, that's all gone now.

I Like Me Better - Lauv

This song adds to the reason why I love New York City. This makes me really happy because now, I do like myself better. It wasn't really due to anyone being with me, I just really like myself better now. This really cheers me up.
