Hello everybody! In this article we are going to talk about hair and i'll be giving you some tips for beautiful and healthy hair.

FIRST: USE JUST TEMPORARY DYIES
Actually try not to dye your hair, but if you really want to try to do as few decolorations as possible, they really damage your hair, like permanent dyies do.
If you don't want to stick on this one you should follow the other ones more severely.

SECOND: USE THE RIGHT PRODUCTS
It is super important that you use the right products for your hairtype and always use green INCI products.

THIRD: HAVE A GOOD ALIMENTATION
You should eat healthy and drink a lot of water, and that's importat not only for your hair but for your skin and body too!

FOURTH: DON'T OVERWASH THEM
Washing your hair really stresses them so you should try to wash them only when it's needed. (in the following tips i'm gonna show you how to make them be clean for a longer time)

FIFTH: WASH THEM WITH COLD WATER
I know this can be really uncomfortable because nobody likes cold water, but it is super important to keep them shiny and strong. Basically hair scales, just like our skin phores, open up when you use hot water, (so you can wash them with hot water just before applying conditioner), and close up when you use cold water. We want to keep them closed because they reflect more the light and they keep inside of the hair the conditioner.

SIXTH: TIE YOUR HAIR UP WHEN YOU SLEEP
Tyin your hair up while sleeping is important to keep them clean because during the night oils come out of our skin and our hair touches it. The best way to tie em up in the night is braiding them because almost all of the hairstyles mark our hair, while braids wave them beautifully!

SEVENTH: USE OILS
You should really use natural oils before washing your hair to keep them strong and hydrated. There are plenty but i like to use pure almond oil and coconut oil. You just want to apply it to your hair before washing them, the more you keep it on the more it works!

EIGHTH: TRIM THE REGULARLY
We should regularly go to our hairstylist for a trim, like every three months. By trimming them we cut the split ends and make them grow healthier.

NINTH: DON'T TIE THEM TOO TIGHT
Tyin your hair too tight really hurts your scalp and damages your hair, so you should wear it loose!

TENTH: USE THE LESS HEAT AS POSSIBLE
Applying heat to your hair, with a hairdryier and straightner etc, damages your hair and eventually burns them. So you should try to apply the less heat as possible. For example I only use the hairdryier on winter and i let them dry with the normal air on the other seasons. Moreover there are plenty of ways to curl your hair without using heat, so not using irons isn't the end of the world!
